[Update 11th February – 7.00pm]

The planned INMO strike actions for Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday this week have been suspended.

Our services will run as normal.

If you had an appointment tomorrow (Tuesday 12th Feb) that you were informed was cancelled, you can attend it as normal.

 


 

[Update 11th February 2019]
The Rotunda Hospital has received notification of planned Industrial Action by members of the Irish Nurses and Midwives Organisation (INMO). The Rotunda Hospital will be cancelling and rescheduling clinics and appointments for the period of Industrial Action.
The strike actions this week are planned to run from;
08.00am, Tuesday 12th February, to 08.00am Wednesday 13th of February.
08.00am, Wednesday 13th February, to 08.00am Thursday 14th of February.
08.00am, Thursday 14th February, to 08.00am Friday 14th of February.
Many services at the Rotunda Hospital will be affected.  At this time, The Rotunda has cancelled scheduled appointments from 8am Tuesday 12th February to 8am Wednesday 13th February.
If you have a scheduled appointment on these dates, we will be in contact with you by text message or by phone to inform you of the cancellation. We will work on re-scheduling appointments in a timely manner.
If Industrial Action is averted then all clinics and services will run as normal.
The Emergency & Assessment Room will be running as normal, although the strike action may result in longer waiting times for review.
 
There are further dates planned for Industrial Action on the 13th, 14th, 19th and 21st of February. We will update you on the situation via our website and our social media platforms. Please keep an eye on national media outlets for updates on this planned national industrial action.

08.00am, Tuesday 5th February, to 08.00am Wednesday 6th of February, 
and
