The Rotunda Hospital is delighted to open applications for our Higher Diploma Midwifery Education Programme (18 Months)
This programme is offered to Nurses who:
- Are registered on the General Division of the Registrar of Nurses (or those eligible for registration) held by the Nursing Midwifery Board of Ireland (NMBI) at the time of application.
- Are accepted by The University of Dublin, Trinity College, the Hospital’s Academic Partner.
The Rotunda Hospital is a tertiary referral hospital offering students a diverse and extremely interesting educational opportunity. Midwifery students will experience a wide spectrum of practice working with Midwives in hospital and community settings and as a member of the multidisciplinary team caring for women with complex pregnancies and varying needs.
